Why Participate?

The Life Center of Long Island is a not-for-profit organization that has represented the women, children, and men of Long Island for 33 years.

Our mission is to promote, encourage, and foster public sentiment and respect for the dignity of human life, from conception to natural death.

We have three pregnancy care centers known as AAA Pregnancy Options located in Hempstead, Massapequa, and Deer Park.

We provide free pregnancy test kits and free sonogram referrals, in collaboration with the Gianna Center of Long Island and Catholic Health Services. We encourage healthy relationships and self-respect, and we educate women and men facing an unexpected pregnancy on fetal development and the resources available to empower them to make informed decisions for themselves and their families. And nobody can beat our pricing, because all of our services are free!

The Life Center provides essential baby needs to our moms and dads for their babies, from before birth until the child reaches age 2. Last year, we distributed the equivalent of over $826,000 of baby items in the form of food, diapers, clothing, car seats, and other furnishings.

In the last 33 years, the Life Center has provided services for over 60,000 women and men and helped save over 2,000 babies!

Won’t you please help us build a Culture of Life here on Long Island? Thank you.

Blessings,
Gloria Schreiber
